On this very site I’m going to be giving you the inside scoop on my training philosophies, nutritional strategies, and an un-needed amount of other information that you (probably) don’t care about.
But first, let me introduce myself.
Hey, I’m Nick.
I’m an Online Coach, Athlete, Fantasy Football Prodigy (self proclaimed), and 100 Pound Loser.
I spend my time teaching fitness failures how to shed fat, get strong, and transform their bodies — even when nothing has ever worked before.
Or to put things in simpler terms:
I help people like YOU become more like the person you dream of being.
Here is the Truth
Over time, I’ve realized exactly what is holding most of us back from reaching our goals:
We’ve simply never been taught what to do.
Or to be more specific:
We’re never been taught how to do these things.
- How to lose weight and then keep it off.
- How to diet and not absolutely hate our lives
- …How to not be afraid of the word diet.
- How to quit holding ourselves back.
- How to accept that we are the ones holding ourselves back.
This stuff is scary.
But, achieving a dream often requires defeating our demons, overcoming our personal struggles, and becoming the hero of our own story.
I’m going to teach you how.
I’m going to teach you exactly how to train and how to eat. But I’m also going to teach you why. Why we are eating and training these ways. Why your body is reacting the way it is. And why you are feeling the way you are.
Because while a 28 day change is awesome.
A lifelong transformation is even awesomer.
And that is my job: to educate you.
To teach you ideas and strategies that won’t only challenge you; they’ll change you.
They’ll change the way you view fitness and nutrition. And (in the best way possible) they might even change the way you think about yourself.
