Of all the things that variate from program to program with each client, there is one single aspect that remains the same:
We get them strong as hell.
The one caveat is that the definition of strength is highly subjective to the person at hand. Sometimes this can mean lifting 600 pounds. And other times it may simply mean retaining the ability to play with your grandchildren late in life.
Regardless of what strength means to you, it is something that is not only valuable… it’s critical.
